I placed an order for 2 of these DVD Players and the seller just suddenly and mysteriously cancelled my order with no explanation. Very, very bad customer service!!
We loved this at first but it didn't last long and the warranty is garbage! May 21, 2010

We loved this DVD player at first but unfortunately after about 3 months the screen started going blank but then seemed to resolve itself. The warranty would have involved us paying $33 for a refurbished model...we decided to just take our chances with what we had. About a week after the warranty was void the picture went out completely! Very disappointed about wasting $170 on this junk! :(

Not to mention the DVD player has been though a lot with a three year old and has the same great quality as the day we bought it. We have owned it for almost 2 years now. Great product
